The Texarkana Texas City Council meets tonight beginning at 6pm at City Hall.
The council will consider several items involving rezoning and site plan issues. The council will also begin the process of preparing the budget for approval prior to the start of the new fiscal year which begins October 1st.
The members will look at amending the budget estimate of the revenues and expenditures
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019 and adopting the budget and appropriating
resources for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020.
A final vote on the budge will come in one of the council’s September meetings.
